If there are those who try to subvert our constitution, I believe they will face current and former Marines alike. I do not believe the young Marines would obey an illegal (unconstitutional order). I believe they would either stand down, or arrest the giver of such an order!

My grandfather Hobart Dean was also in the 707th. He did not talk about the war very much so I had little to go on when I started reaching his role in WWII. All I knew was he was in captured in the "BATTLE OF THE BULGE" when his tank was destroyed and his crew was killed. After week of googling I was able find is name in the co. D roster and in Stalag IX-B POW camp in Bad Orb.
I have been reading everything I can find that seems to be related to the 707th and the links you have poster have been helpful. If you any information about the 707th and Co. D and if you are willing to share with me. I will greatly appreciate it.

Would like to comment on what we've beendealing with sence I sent a tea bag in Apr. to the White House with a letter to Pres. OB on his abortion issues and the fact that if he'd gone through having to sign legal abortion papers, being Catholic,in the 60's;and just what it did to me.
We have had some very strange things happen. First of all any e-mail that has any thing against Obama is deleted(not by me) It is no where on our computers, and comes back with a message from our server saying that the message has bounced back without atchatment or ssomething similar. Than on the 4th of July it started with call after call that we had signed up for a move to Illinois(my hm. st.)which we didn't, also that we had signed up for classes, than another one on management tech., yet another one or two on ed. and moves. and placement centers. I have an identifier and got all the 1 888 ph. #'s and called each to see what their answering machine identified their company nameas.I have all the names and looked them up on my computer! Guess what ? They all have something to do with Acorn or Americorp.(after looking them up,Acorn and Americorp). Ammazing?
